This custom application was for the ultra violet curing of a adhesive that was part of a product that was being assembled on an existing Worksmart Systems Fleximate Transport Line.Initially the work in progress was being removed froth the transport cart and the adhesive was cured with a hand held device.Our solution was to create a cure tunnel with a powered drive through it and two ultra violet lamps.
