Our Fleximate Workbench Workstation provides maximum configuration flexibility and unlimited ergonomics with a single hex key. For the operator or tech, a Fleximate workstation .is a customizable assembly fixture in contrast to a traditional, limited function bench. Use this structural unit as a building block and add other structural modules to configure your ideal workstation. ESD versions use black anodized tubing and aluminum fittings. Weight capacity for the floor station is 225 lbs. on the work surface and 450 lbs. on the total station. We offer a Heavy-Duty version (HD with aluminum fittings) and the weight capacity is application based. The standard floor station is also available with a height adjustable hydraulic option with 12” of adjustment. To order lift, add the suffix “HA” (additional charge).

A basic work surface is sold separately for use with the standard floor unit to provide a solid work area. It is constructed of industrial grade particle board 30” deep and 1.25” thick and is covered with a plastic laminate. The front edge is rolled 180º for comfort on worker’s arms and legs. ESD version has a ground connection.  We also offer a stainless-steel version for clean rooms*.  The standard color is gray.
