Fleximate® Transport Carts and Options
FlexiMate® Transport Carts and Options
Our one-piece cart is constructed of 3/16” aluminum for maximum strength and minimum weight. Its design eliminates the possibility of the wheels coming out of alignment. The finish is brushed and clear anodized. The carts come in two sizes:
- 12” – 12” track width x 18” long
- 18” – 18” track wide x 22” long
And are offered in the following configurations:
- Without plate top
- With plate top
- With rotating plate top
- Fixturing can be added for additional cost
The carts are also available in a heavy capacity version that is constructed of stainless steel and may feature welded ribs and extra wheels. These are offered on an application basis. Electro Static Dissipative versions of the carts are also offered.
Striker Bar Brackets
A Striker Bar Bracket must be ordered/added to the base bottom of the cart, when using our FlexiMate® brake systems, cart elevator systems, and Flexi-Link power belt return systems.
