Fleximate® Transport Line Elevator System (Lift/Lower)

Worksmart Fleximate® Transport Line Elevator System is available in Standard 75# Capacity per Cart, Heavy Capacity 150# per Cart, and ESD Version and are provided assembled.

To specify track widths, add suffix – 12 for 12” Track Width add suffix – 18 for 18” Track Width. Energy requirements for the elevators are 120 volt (receptacle) and 89-90 psi air pressure.

For installations that are high volume and/or utilize a heavy fixture, the Fleximate® Transport Cart Lift solution eliminates repeated lifting and handling of carts. This semi-automated product works in conjunction with our flexible link composite chain to drive empty pallets from the end of the line to the head on a lower return track. The elevators at each end either raise or lower pallets to keep them in circulation.
