Workstation LED Light Assembly
With an eight foot cord and a compatible switch, this fixture holds an LED light panel rated for 36W and 3380 lumens. This assembly Illuminates at 6000-6500K and is available with a dimmable switch. A Full Tier (90012) to match the width of the Workstation must be ordered separately to mount the light assembly to an overhead module.

Outlet Strip Assemblies
Four and eight receptacles, industrial grade power strips with on/off switch re-settable thermal overload protection and 3-wire, eight foot cords provide outlets for power tools and other devices. Includes all mounting hardware.

Tool Trolley Assembly
Use to hang air or electrical torque tools from an overhead support module (90017) on a movable slide. Weight capacity is 10 lbs. For additional support of the overhead support modules, use 2 small gusset brace assemblies (90047).

VESA Mount
Two piece mounting bracket for displaying flat panel monitors. Comes with fittings for tube mounting and fasteners for the panel threaded inserts. Monitor can be moved from the back plate.

Andon Status Light
This 3 light tower can be used to alert the manufacturing team of quality issues, stockouts, KanBan status, etc. Comes with a 4 position switch and fittings to mount on a station leg. 120 volt.

Casters
This 5” caster comes with a foot operated lock for the swivel and the wheel. The wheel’s composition is designed for factory floors and has a 150 lb. capacity per wheel. By fitting your Floor Stations (90000) with casters, rearranging a cell is made simple and quick. They also make cleaning easy.

Foot Rest Assembly
Designed for worker comfort, safety and optimum posture and foot tilt (15° - 20°) in a sitting or sit/stand station. 12” (305) x 18” (457) Foot support is adjustable for height, angle and depth and is covered with non-skid corrugated rubber. Comes with all fittings and tubes.

Seating
Our seating is the solution for manufacturing teams that require ergonomic support and durability. The ribbed seats and backs promote comfort and are constructed from high density, self-skinned urethane that resists cracking and chemical stains. The 100% urethane construction means no foam to disintegrate or fabric to tear. All seating carries a 10 year warranty
Sit Stand Stool
This air lift operated seat has a height range 20.5” (521mm) - 30.5 (775mm). The epoxy coated five leg base has nonskid glides. This stool can be utilized at standing height operations allowing the assemblers the option of sitting or standing. The seat is adjustable for tilt.

Operational Chair
This chair is adjustable in the following ways: seat height, seat angle, back height, back angle comes equipped with 2” casters. Seat height range: 21 3/4” (552 mm) - 31 3/4” (806 mm).

Fittings and Tubing
Create custom stations or make improvements to your existing system by using modular tubing and fittings. Our tubing is available in one foot increments. Please inquire.
T-Fitting
The T-Fitting forms a rigid, 90 degree joint between two 1.50 inch tubes. Both tubes can be clamped via SHCS’s (included). Optional hand knobs or T-screws allow quick adjustment. Use the 2 part tee fitting for fast removal or addition. P/N 90054S and 2 part aluminum 90054SA

Universal Fittings
These fittings slide over 1.50 inch tubing to serve a variety of functions. The most common applications include forming pivots, attaching support bars to tiers, and forming braces using flatbar. Each Universal Fitting includes one SHCS and one hex nut for clamping to the tube. Use optional hand knobs for quick adjustments. Use the 2 part universal fitting for fast removal or addition and added strength.

Tubing
Our aluminum tubing is 1.5” with a .125” wall. Worksmart Systems tubing is available in 2 versions: clear anodized and black anodized. They are available in one foot increments.
