To assist in returning the Fleximate Transport Cart from the end of the cell to the head, Worksmart Systems offers their cart lift system.
The concept is to automatically raise and lower the carts to and from a lower cart track. This is particularly useful in Fleximate assembly cells that have a high production rate and/or a heavy fixture attached to the cart.
