Standard Ergonomic Floor Station
Use this structural unit as a building block and add other modules to configure your ideal workstation. Built with ergonomics in mind, this unit features tall back legs for affixing various components to minimize reach and strain and maximize efficiency. A number of accessories, such as overhead work lights, bins and support rails, document clips, tool trolleys, shelving and height adjustable options, make your floor stations perfect for any lean manufacturing assembly needs. ESD versions use black anodized tubing. Weight capacity for the floor station is 225 lbs. (102 kg) on the work surface and 450 lbs. (205 kg) on the total station. The standard floor station is also available with a height adjustable option.

Basic Work Surface
Use with the Standard Ergonomic Floor Station to provide a solid work area. It is constructed of industrial grade particle board 30” deep and 1.25” thick and is covered with a plastic laminate. The front edge is rolled 180° for comfort on worker’s arms and legs. ESD version has a ground connection. Standard color is gray.

Height Adjustable Floor Station
The height adjustable option consists of four hydraulic cylinders, one in each leg. The cylinders are actuated by a hand cranked pump upgradable to an electric switch. Travel fully extended is 12″.
Table Top Station
If your budget doesn’t allow for a complete workstation, or if you are working on a conveyor or roller wheel conveyor, our table top workstations can be invaluable for improved ergonomics and productivity. The Table Top Station will also provide a solution if you currently have benches and want to improve assembly efficiency at a minimum cost. By mounting to your existing station or conveyor rail, you can quickly customize parts presentation, mount test equipment and fixtures, and display terminals/ keyboards and scales. With a low first cost and improved productivity and ergonomics the net result is a fast return on your investment. Hand knobs are optional, ESD version available.
